Founded in 2002, Chengdu Di'ao Mining Industry Energy Resources Co., Ltd boasts a history or nearly 10 years. Relying on the systematic scientific research on the coal of CAS, the prominent enterprise management advantages and abundant funds, the company has been developed into the brilliant fresh troop in the energy and mining industry through independent construction and win-win partnership. Currently, we have approximately 1.5 billion tons of high-quality coal resources, 3 pairs of production mines and another 3 pairs of mines under construction. The company commits itself to becoming a coal enterprise well known in Southwest China or even across the country in the next five years. Meanwhile, by actively expanding its business, the company has set up the Department of Non-ferrous Metal, which is responsible for the exploration and exploitation of non-ferrous metals such as lead, zinc, copper and gold in Southwest and Northwest China. In 2006, the Department of Overseas Affairs was set up. We play an active role in promoting the development of international industries and carrying out close cooperation with world-famous law firms, accounting firms and investment banks. In 2009, we acquired PANDA MINING PTY LTD from Australia. At present, we possess 12 mining rights in South Australia, which cover an area of over 2,000 km2, greatly improving our international competitiveness and influence.
